Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix - Crumble 6 leftover brownies for in between Parfait layers
  • 1 C THRIVE Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can, Sprinkled into the whipped cream

Directions

  1. Bake brownies according to the can directions
  2. Whip the cream, add 1/4 powdered sugar and vanilla powder
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, add the peanut flour and powdered sugar
  4. Fold the cream into the peanut mixture
  5. Layer 4 glasses starting with the cheesecake, then crumbled brownies, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and repeat the process.
