Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Parfaits

A fluffy no-bake nutty cheesecake creation using Thrive's Brownies, Peanut Flour and Powdered Sugar. It can be layered in 4 glasses or a small Trifle bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix - Crumble 6 leftover brownies for in between Parfait layers
- 1 C THRIVE Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
- 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can, Sprinkled into the whipped cream
Directions
- Bake brownies according to the can directions
- Whip the cream, add 1/4 powdered sugar and vanilla powder
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, add the peanut flour and powdered sugar
- Fold the cream into the peanut mixture
- Layer 4 glasses starting with the cheesecake, then crumbled brownies, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and repeat the process.
