Ingredients

  • 1 C Butter
  • 2 lb Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1 pkg White Melting Chocolate
  • 1 pkg Candy Eyes
  • THRIVE Peanut Butter
  • 1 C THRIVE Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 2/3 C Water

Directions

  1. Make THRIVE peanut flour into peanut butter according to Thrive Peanut Flour can instructions.
  2. Melt butter and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl until smooth, then stir.
  3. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Let mixture cool in fridge for approx. 40 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Remove mixture from fridge, and roll into balls. Place on a well-greased pan to sit, and refrigerate for another 40 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl until smooth, then stir.
  7. Remove peanut butter balls from fridge, and with a toothpick, individually dip into chocolate. After ball is well coated, place on a well-greased pan.
  8. Add candy eyes onto balls before chocolate cools.
  9. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.
