Peppered Egg Noodle Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1/2 c.+ 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook.
- Mix until dough no longer sticks to side of bowl and becomes elastic (about 5–10 minutes).
- Flour dough liberally and than roll pasta into thin sheets and cut into desired shape by using a pasta machine.
