Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1/2 c.+ 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook.
  2. Mix until dough no longer sticks to side of bowl and becomes elastic (about 5–10 minutes).
  3. Flour dough liberally and than roll pasta into thin sheets and cut into desired shape by using a pasta machine.
