Rainbow Farfalle Pasta with Sausage, Tomato, and Cream

Ingredients
- 3 c. Rainbow Farfalle Pasta
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/4 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 2 cloves Garlic, Raw
- 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 4 c. Water - Divided
- 1 tbsp. Tomato Powder
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 3 tbsp. Parsley
Directions
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil, add pasta. Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté oil, sausage, onion, and garlic for a minute. Add 3 ¼ cups of the water, red pepper flakes, Chef’s Choice, oregano, and tomato powder. Let it boil until the water is reduced a little, add the tomato dices.
- Add remaining ¾ cup water to the milk, sour cream, and Béchamel. Stir in the milk mixture and cook for a couple minutes, don’t let it boil.
- Stir in the pasta and parsley.
