Refreshing Summer Salad

This is now my go-to beginning of a 'whatever I want to put in it' salad, using all Thrive Life ingredients except the spaghetti (or whatever pasta you choose)! It's so good, it's so tasty, and it's so refreshing!!

Ingredients
- Package amt for 2 Spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
- 1/4 Cup TL Zucchini
- 1/4 Cup TL Cucumbers
- 1/4 Cup TL Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup TL Sweet Corn
- 1/4 Cup TL Celery
- About 1 Tablespoon Olive oil (or oil of choice)
- 1/8 Teaspoon TL Chef's Choice
Directions
- Cook spaghetti noodles / pasta in boiling water until done.
- Measure out vegetables; cover with water and let refresh until pasta is done.
- Drain finished pasta; rinse with cold tap water; drain.
- Drain off any excess water from vegetables.
- Mix pasta and refreshed vegetables together in a bowl.
- Sprinkle mixed pasta & vegetables with oil; add seasoning; toss
- Serve & enjoy!
- Switch out vegetables as desired. Can add Chicken or other TL Meat to make this a main dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix it up; toss it up!
