Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. Butter or Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 pkg. Coleslaw Mix or Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/8 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried Reconstitute before added in pan
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

Directions

  1. Reconstitute the freeze dried sausage in a bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the butter or oil and garlic.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
  5. Serve immediately.
