Savory Beef Stroganoff (Espagnole)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 c onions, diced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 c sherry
- 2 c water
- 1 c THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1/3 c THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp basil, chopped
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles
Directions
- While noodles are cooking, sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add garlic and sauté until lightly caramelized.
- If desired, add sherry and cook until only half the liquid remains.
- Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and noodles, and simmer about 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Fold in sour cream and toss mixture into noodles.
