Beef vegetable casserole with mashed potatoes on top

Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef fresh
- 1/2-3/4 cup Thrive Onion
- 1/2-3/4 cup Thrive Carrots
- 1/2 cup Thrive Peas
- 1/2 cup Thrive Corn
- 1/4-1/2 cup Thrive Mushrooms
- 2 TBL Butter
- 2 TBL flour
- 1 TBL Thrive Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tsp Thrive Garlic
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Thrive refreshed Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown beef until fully cooked, add the butter and flour to pan and stir until flour is incorporated..
- Add beef broth and 1/2 cup water to refresh all vegetables that you add at this point
- Bring to a boil, lower heat until veggies are tender and liquid is reduced.
- Pour into a 9x9 pan
- Make potatoes according to can, add cheese and spread on top the casserole
- Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes
