Ingredients

  • 1 # ground beef fresh
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Thrive Onion
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Thrive Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Thrive Peas
  • 1/2 cup Thrive Corn
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Thrive Mushrooms
  • 2 TBL Butter
  • 2 TBL flour
  • 1 TBL Thrive Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Thrive Garlic
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Thrive refreshed Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Brown beef until fully cooked, add the butter and flour to pan and stir until flour is incorporated..
  2. Add beef broth and 1/2 cup water to refresh all vegetables that you add at this point
  3. Bring to a boil, lower heat until veggies are tender and liquid is reduced.
  4. Pour into a 9x9 pan
  5. Make potatoes according to can, add cheese and spread on top the casserole
  6. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes
