Spicy Chicken Quesadillas

These Spicy Chicken Quesadillas are always a hit with the family, plus they're an excellent way to sneak a few extra veggies into some of your picky eaters!

Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 4 tbsp. Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2 c. Shredded Cheese
- 4 Flour Tortillas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Stir all ingredients except cheese and tortillas into a skillet over medium heat and simmer,stirring occasionally, until any excess liquid is absorbed (about 5 minutes).
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush one side of each tortilla with a bit of water, then place damp-side-down on the baking sheet.
- Spoon filling mixture onto half of each tortilla, sprinkle cheese over filling, then fold tortillas closed.
- Bake at 350° for about 8-10 minutes, or until top of tortillas are crispy.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa
