Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 10 crackers)
  • 1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
  • Coating
  • 1/4 c. Unsweetened Powdered Cocoa
  • 1/4 c. Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Honey or Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients in the filling and mix until smooth.
  2. Scoop about 2 teaspoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  3. While those are chilling, heat the coconut oil in the microwave until it is a liquid. Add the other two remaining ingredients for the coating and stir til all the lumps are out. (It won't take long.)
  4. Take the chilled balls and dip them in the chocolate mixture. Because they are cold, the chocolate should harden quickly and they will be ready to enjoy.
  5. Makes 2-3 dozen truffles
  6. Enjoy!
