Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thrive Life FD Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Thrive Life FD Corn
  • 1/2 cup Thrive Life FD Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life FD Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Thrive Life FD Garlic
  • 1 tsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Beef Bullion
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 - 14.5oz can Pinto Beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 - 14.5oz can Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 2 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp +/- (optional - as desired for heat) Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all Thrive Life ingredients, plus water and bullion, in a skillet and gently stir until all products are moist.
  2. Cook over Med/High heat until water is all steamed out. Stirring occasionally.
  3. Add both cans of beans (drained & rinsed) and all seasonings. Stir until well incorporated, add more water as needed.
  4. Once water is completely steamed out, remove from heat.
  5. Serve with chips, fresh lettuce, fresh cilantro, cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, or other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
