Ingredients
- 1 cup Thrive Life FD Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life FD Corn
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life FD Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Thrive Life FD Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Thrive Life FD Garlic
- 1 tsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Beef Bullion
- 1 cup Water
- 1 - 14.5oz can Pinto Beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 - 14.5oz can Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)
- 2 TBSP Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp +/- (optional - as desired for heat) Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Combine all Thrive Life ingredients, plus water and bullion, in a skillet and gently stir until all products are moist.
- Cook over Med/High heat until water is all steamed out. Stirring occasionally.
- Add both cans of beans (drained & rinsed) and all seasonings. Stir until well incorporated, add more water as needed.
- Once water is completely steamed out, remove from heat.
- Serve with chips, fresh lettuce, fresh cilantro, cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, or other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
