Ingredients

  • 1 c. Beef Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Red Beans
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Mango - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 c. Tomato Powder
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika

Directions

  1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a sauce pan.

  3. Slimmer for 12-15 minutes or until the beans are soft.
  4. Cover and set for about 5-8 minutes.
  5. Serve and top with cheddar cheese!
