Ingredients

  • 4 6 ounce pieces of Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon THRIVE Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon THRIVE Chef's Choice Seasoning
  • 1 Lemon
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking pan.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet making sure to leave some space between them.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, Chef's Choice, pepper and juice of 1/2 of the lemon.
  4. Spread the oil mixture over salmon fillets including the sides.
  5. Thinly slice the other half of the lemon. Top each piece of salmon with a slice of lemon.
  6. Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled apart with a fork.
  7. Optional: Broil the last 1-2 minutes if desired.
  8. Spoon any remaining pan sauce over the salmon and serve.
