A delicious baked salmon with THRIVE seasonings.

Ingredients
- 4 6 ounce pieces of Salmon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon THRIVE Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon THRIVE Chef's Choice Seasoning
- 1 Lemon
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking pan.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet making sure to leave some space between them.
- Mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, Chef's Choice, pepper and juice of 1/2 of the lemon.
- Spread the oil mixture over salmon fillets including the sides.
- Thinly slice the other half of the lemon. Top each piece of salmon with a slice of lemon.
- Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled apart with a fork.
- Optional: Broil the last 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Spoon any remaining pan sauce over the salmon and serve.
