Ingredients
- 1 c. Cane Sugar
- 8 tbsp. butter, softened or THRIVE Butter
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Whole Egg Powder + 6 tbsp water
- 5 c. THRIVE Banana Slices (reconstituted and pureed)
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
Directions
- Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light. Add eggs slowly and mix to combine.
- In a food processor, puree reconstituted bananas with reconstituted milk.
- Mix banana mixture into creamed butter and sugar just until mixed.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour batter into a greased bread pan and bake at 325F for 1 hour.
