Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cane Sugar
  • 8 tbsp. butter, softened or THRIVE Butter
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Whole Egg Powder + 6 tbsp water
  • 5 c. THRIVE Banana Slices (reconstituted and pureed)
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt

Directions

  1. Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light. Add eggs slowly and mix to combine.
  2. In a food processor, puree reconstituted bananas with reconstituted milk.
  3. Mix banana mixture into creamed butter and sugar just until mixed.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour batter into a greased bread pan and bake at 325F for 1 hour.
