Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Freeze-dried spinach
  • 1/2 cup Freeze dried mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Freeze-dried red bell pepper
  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 1/2 cup Freeze-dried chopped onions

Directions

  1. Rehydrate the spinach, mushrooms, onions. and red bell peppers
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Press in hamburger size patties.
  4. Cook on the grill.
