Ingredients

  • 1 C Thrive Chopped Chicken
  • 1 C Thrive Seasoned Chicken Slices
  • 3 C Thrive Instant Brown Rice
  • 1 C Thrive Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 C Thrive Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 C Thrive Broccoli
  • 1 C Thrive Cauliflower
  • 2 C Thrive Zucchini
  • 1 1/2 C Thrive Mushroom Pieces
  • 1 C Thrive Asparagus
  • 3 C Thrive Pineapple
  • 1 1/2 C Stir Fry Sauce (Yoshida's Teriyaki Sauce)

Directions

  1. Add meats to a medium sized bowl.
  2. Refresh meats with enough Hot water to cover the meat.
  3. Cook the Rice according to the instructions on the can. You can add a little Chef's Choice seasoning to spice it up a little if you want.
  4. Add vegetables and pineapple to the skillet straight from the can.
  5. Stir all ingredients that were added to the skillet. Warm dry ingredients on low (200 degrees) for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add 1 1/2-2 cups water (they won't be completely refreshed, that's okay!!!)
  7. Add refreshed chicken (with any excess water) to the skillet and mix
  8. Add stir fry Sauce of your choice (I used Yoshida's Teriyaki Sauce) and let it simmer on low for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve over rice (or noodles) of your choice!
