Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Chopped Chicken
- 1 C Thrive Seasoned Chicken Slices
- 3 C Thrive Instant Brown Rice
- 1 C Thrive Red Bell Peppers
- 1 C Thrive Green Bell Peppers
- 1 C Thrive Broccoli
- 1 C Thrive Cauliflower
- 2 C Thrive Zucchini
- 1 1/2 C Thrive Mushroom Pieces
- 1 C Thrive Asparagus
- 3 C Thrive Pineapple
- 1 1/2 C Stir Fry Sauce (Yoshida's Teriyaki Sauce)
Directions
- Add meats to a medium sized bowl.
- Refresh meats with enough Hot water to cover the meat.
- Cook the Rice according to the instructions on the can. You can add a little Chef's Choice seasoning to spice it up a little if you want.
- Add vegetables and pineapple to the skillet straight from the can.
- Stir all ingredients that were added to the skillet. Warm dry ingredients on low (200 degrees) for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2-2 cups water (they won't be completely refreshed, that's okay!!!)
- Add refreshed chicken (with any excess water) to the skillet and mix
- Add stir fry Sauce of your choice (I used Yoshida's Teriyaki Sauce) and let it simmer on low for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve over rice (or noodles) of your choice!
