THRIVE Tomato Vinaigrette

This dressing adds a great Italian taste to any green salad.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. Red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tbsp. Iodized Salt
- 3/4 c. Water (or less)
- 1 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except oil in a blender to aerate.
- Add oil slowly while blending to create an emulsion.
- Let dressing chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
