Tortellini Soup in a Jar

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1 c. Dry Cheese Tortellini Noodles
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 4 tsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Onion Slices
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1 c. THRIVE Zucchini
Directions
- Measure all ingredients in the order listed into a wide mouth quart sized mason jar. Place a new oxygen absorption packet in the top of the jar, then put on a new lid and ring and close tightly. Store away from light to ensure a longer shelf life.
- Remove oxygen absorber packet. Dump contents of jar into 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes until tortellini are soft. Add more water if desired. Serve with garlic bread.
