Vegetarian Spaghetti Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Kale and Quinoa vegetarian meatballs
- 2 c. Spiralled sweet potato
- 1 c. Spiralled zuchini
- 3 clv. Garlic, Raw
- 1 Avocado
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. Mixed Bell Peppers
- 2 tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 c. Feta Cheese
- 3 c. Water
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Classic Tomato Sauce
Directions
- Place THRIVE LIFE freeze dried veggies in container with 1/2 cup water. Let refresh 5 minutes
- Saute garlic,Veggie meatballs,zucchini spirals, and Sweet potato spirals in large skillet or wok until heated through Add refreshed thrive life veggies , and seasonings Mix and cook on medium heat 2 minutes
- Add remaining water and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in tomato sauce until desired thickness Simmer 3 more minutes
- Place on plate and add cubed avocado and feta cheese for garnish and delicious flavor
