  • 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 2 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks
  • 2 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy)
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 lb. Pork Roast


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees f
  2. Pre-heat the dutch oven on high with coconut oil add carrots, onions, potatoes, Velouté sauce and water to deli container with lid and shake while searing meat
  3. Rub meat with Chef's choice
  4. Sear Meat for 20 seconds on each side and the ends Add veggies to dutch oven, place lid on and put in the oven
  5. Cook for one hour, stir contents at 30 minutes into the cooking
  6. You can serve this with a salad or other side dish however it is a complete one pot meal and does not need additional sides
