Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 c. summer sausage, diced
- 1 can black olives, whole
- 3/4 c. Cheddar Cheese cubed or HRIVE cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. cucumber, diced
- 3 c. Whole Grain Penne Pasta
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Onions
- 1 3/4 c. Italian dressing
Directions
- Cook pasta al dente according to can directions.
- Meanwhile, combine all THRIVE ingredients in a bowl and pour Italian dressing over them; stir to incorporate.
- Drain and cool pasta once cooked.
- Mix pasta and all remaining ingredients into vegetable mixture and stir together.
- Chill in fridge before serving.
