This soup has all the rich deep flavor you could want in a creamy broth soup fresh-made in a restaurant. The sour cream powder gives a rich creamy flavor while the sausage lends just the right spice.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/4 cup THRIVE Potato Dices
- 2 TBLS THRIVE Kale
- 2 TBLS THRIVE Zucchini
- 2 TBLS THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 2 TBLS THRIVE Green Onions
- 2 TBLS THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 1 TBLS THRIVE Butter Powder
- 1 TBLS THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 2 TBLS THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- In a saucepan, place 1.5c water (for one serving...increase water when increasing the recipe) and turn the heat to medium high.
- While the water heats, add all ingredients in order listed, directly to pan. As soon as broth reaches a simmer, the soup is ready to serve. [do not allow to boil, to keep the parmesan cheese creamy]
- Top with additional Parmesan Cheese if desired. Serve with a side of garlic toast or bread stick.
- Dry Mix for a Jar: Combine all DRY ingredients into a bag, 1/2 pint jar, or prep bowl until ready to use. If preparing a meal in a jar for a family, increase to a quart jar and prepare for four servings.
