  1. Cook beans and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a blender, blend beans, egg powder, water, and vanilla until completely liquefied.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1/3 C butter and 3/4 C sugar until light and fluffy. Add baking soda, baking powder, and 1/3 C cocoa powder. Add bean mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Scoop batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 350 F for 14-18 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes and remove from tins.
  5. For frosting, cream together 3 Tbsp butter and 1 1/2 oz cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and 3 Tbsp cocoa powder.
  6. Mix in cream and beat at high speed for 30 seconds. Frost cupcakes when cool.
