Ingredients

  • 2 C Water, warm
  • 1 pkg Instant Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 C THRIVE Instant Milk powder
  • 1 tsp Xantham Gum
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 3 C THRIVE Gluten Free Flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast and 1 tsp sugar. Let sit together until bubbly.
  3. Meanwhile measure all dry ingredients into one bowl. Set aside.
  4. Measure all wet ingredients into a separate bowl. Set aside.
  5. Once yeast is bubbly add the wet and dry ingredients to the bowl and with a hand mixer mix until just incorporated.
  6. Dough is more of a sticky thick batter. Once mixed together spray the bread pans with cooking spray.
  7. Put dough in the bread pans and spread evenly. Wet fingers to smooth out the top.
  8. Let rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours. Do not let it rise above the top of the pan, it will overflow in the oven. Once it has risen put in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.
