Upside Down Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1/2 C THRIVE Blueberries crushed or ground (makes approx 1/3 C powder)
- 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 C THRIVE Butter Powder
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- Topping/Serving Crackers
- 1 pkg Graham Crackers (crush 3-4) in a baggie for topping
Directions
- Crush or grind Blueberries
- Combine all the dry ingredients
- Cut in the Cream cheese until all is well mixed
- Cover a bowl in plastic wrap and spoon in cream cheese mixture
- Enclose the cream cheese mixture in plastic wrap and shape the way you would like it
- Place on a serving plate and remove plastic wrap
- Take crushed graham crackers and pat over the entire surface of cheese cake
- Serve with the remaining graham crackers
- If desired, place in freezer 20 minutes to serve cold.
