Ingredients

  • 1/2 C THRIVE Blueberries crushed or ground (makes approx 1/3 C powder)
  • 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Butter Powder
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Topping/Serving Crackers
  • 1 pkg Graham Crackers (crush 3-4) in a baggie for topping

Directions

  1. Crush or grind Blueberries
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients
  3. Cut in the Cream cheese until all is well mixed
  4. Cover a bowl in plastic wrap and spoon in cream cheese mixture
  5. Enclose the cream cheese mixture in plastic wrap and shape the way you would like it
  6. Place on a serving plate and remove plastic wrap
  7. Take crushed graham crackers and pat over the entire surface of cheese cake
  8. Serve with the remaining graham crackers
  9. If desired, place in freezer 20 minutes to serve cold.
