not beef 8 people found this helpfulit says it is but does not act like beef. I put it in a spaghetti sauce and it floats, will not sink or mix into the food. I would rather have ground beef instead of this with the pea protein... round little balls just don't look right in my food.

Tastes amazing and Easy to use! 0 people found this helpfulThis freeze dried ground beef has saved me so many times! I'm a busy mom, and sometimes I have 10 minutes to whip out a quick meal for my family! I have made tacos/burritos/taco salad with this so many times! I just put some in a pan, add some water and taco seasoning, stir on high heat for about 3 minutes or until all heated through and most of the water is absorbed. And then I use it for a quick taco bar, to make burritos, or to throw in taco salad. Yum! Getting out the toppings (sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, etc) and making some refried beans takes longer than making the taco meat! I love this product!

Excellent! 0 people found this helpfulI certainly had reservations when I ordered ground beef in a can and my reservations increased upon opening the can and taking a look. However, it's GREAT! Can't beat it for sauces and tacos. Just ordered a whole bunch more for our cruising adventures

sad 8 people found this helpfulsure do miss the OLD RECIPE of Beef only! The additives do not score high in my judgement. Please re-think your process and go back to the pure and simple BEEF!

Ok 4 people found this helpfulThe seasoned ground I tried was fantastic. This " ground beef". Not so much. It was very small bits almost a powder I wouldn't try this one again
