Very Good 1 people found this helpfulI was skeptical about the zucchini, but I have been very pleased with them. They are great in soups and stews and work just as well as fresh for that purpose without the hassle. And for the record, I am not one to say every Thrive product tastes just like fresh. I'm pretty picky with food freshness and with flavors and textures. I have not tried using these in as a side dish, so I can't speak for how well they would do in that situation. But I can definitely recommend for soups/stews.

High quality 1 people found this helpfulUsed instead of buying out-of -season zucchini at the store.....so much better! Nice thick pieces were sweet and the texture was consistent with fresh in our soup. Will be purchasing again!

My wife likes them better than fresh and that means a lot because i grow amazing zucchini.
I like them cooked in chicken broth.
