Passed the In-law taste test 0 people found this helpfulWe love the zucchini both cooked and right out of the can. My in-laws visited for a week and I noticed this was one of their favorites to snack on throughout their stay. The flavor is so fresh and they are fantastic in my soups.

Great out of the can or in a salad 0 people found this helpfulThese taste good out of the can or can be reconstituted and tossed into a garden salad. I do not understand how the fried zucchini recipe would work, however. I would think that whole slices of zucchini would work better for fried zucchini instead of the smaller pieces that come in the can. The recipe may be able to be adapted and turned into fritters instead.

My kids love these! 1 people found this helpfulI don't like a plain zucchini, but these are great straight out of the can. Even my kids liked them as a snack! Cooked them up with stir-fry tonight, and they were quite good!
