We eat a lot of zucchini and throw out a lot of spoiled zucchini! After sampling a pantry can, we just get the family can now. We love to mix it into chili.

This is my favorite Thrive Life vegetable to have on hand other than the asparagus. Fresh taste is different from pickled or canned. Great in the winter!
