My husband ate carrots! 0 people found this helpfulMy husband HATES carrots but ate these! Can't wait to add them to the peas and see what he thinks! He does not eat well and since he just has to boil water put in a "seal-a-meal" I make wait about 5 minutes then eat I'm VERY HAPPY!

Yuck 0 people found this helpfulThey smell like shredded carrots that got left out all night. Even after rehydrating, the old, musty flavor overpowered my meal. I imagine I'm going to have to give the rest away or throw it out.

so convenient great flavor 0 people found this helpfulLove to use these in all my soups and stews and casseroles. I did have to learn not to use to much ...first couple times I ended up with carrot soup not intending too. :)

Dehydrated, Not Freeze-dried for cooking 0 people found this helpfulI wish Thrive would come out with freeze dried carrots. Since these carrots are dehydrated they are very hard and are great for soups and stews but not for eating out of the can. Don't get me wrong, they're a fantastic product, bright orange and full of vitamins but they are definitely in need of some cooking time. You can't beat the convenience of not having to peel and chop carrots and I always have them on hand for Shepherd's Pie, Chicken Pot Pie and Beef Stew.
