It's a green bean 1 people found this helpfulI recently heard good things about Thrive's green beans. Despite that I was still a bit skeptical. So I ordered some in my first Q order. I added them to a stir fry and was pleasantly surprised. Quite delicious! I will definitely be ordering these again.

Not like fresh, not like frozen 0 people found this helpfulI tried a pantry can of these because I saw many reviews that said "just like fresh"... I grow green beans in my garden, and these are much different. Flavor isn't just like fresh (not bad, but just not like fresh) and texture is definitely not like fresh. These are spongy. Fresh green beans are nothing like that. I used these in a primavera pasta (along with Thrive asparagus that I had similar issues with and needed to disguise and use up) and they were good in that. But standing on their own as a side dish... I would not do that, and my family would not eat it. I'm glad I gave these a try, but I won't buy again, because most of what we use green beans for is as a side dish. And for that purpose, fresh or frozen is much better.

Excellent Non-GMO Beans 0 people found this helpfulI love these green beans! They are about 1 inch pieces that can be eating straight out of the can or reconstituted on a few minutes and added to casseroles, Shepherd's pie or stir fry. If you're making a broth based soup you can just throw them in about 5 minutes beforwe thw soup in done and they will not get mushy. Of course with all Thrive fruit and vegetables, they are Non GMO!

Grreen Beans Are Great! 0 people found this helpfulI love theses beans. They are just like fresh and so versatile. My dog also loves them and they are so good for him. He is food fixated and these are good for him and fill him up without fattening him up. Before I discovered Thrive I ordered from another company and was frustrated when they substituted other products I didn't want. Thrive can have that problem but they send an email before shipping so I can catch anything. Great product1
