Love this Product! 0 people found this helpfulI believe this might just be my favorite vegetable from Thrive Life so far. I didn't notice any aftertaste and, to me, the can when opened smelled like fresh spinach. I used it in scrambled eggs so far and today I'll be adding some to a casserole. I hate watery canned spinach and have always used Frozen chopped spinach in the past. No more - this is a new favorite! More expensive, but I'll just have to deal with that!

Versatile product, strange after-taste 4 people found this helpfulThis is a product that I really want to love, but it has some drawbacks that my family can't get past, so it's just "okay" for us. First, the pros: I really like the ease and versatility of this product. It's quite convenient to sprinkle into soup, quiche, meatballs, etc. And it helps cut down on fresh spinach going bad. But... the cons: This does not smell like fresh spinach, and it doesn't taste like fresh spinach. It also doesn't taste (when cooked in a recipe, like an omelet, for example) like frozen spinach would either. There is an odd after taste (not a good one) that everyone in my family can taste when I use this spinach. So, for me, I consider this product nice to have on hand in a pinch, but I would personally only use it as a last resort... and then I would know that my family was going to notice the difference as well.

Love it 0 people found this helpfulUse it in any dish to add color and flavor. I also wish it was bigger and did not get lost in soups, or could be used as a side dish. Please consider larger leaves.
