so easy! 0 people found this helpfulI'm not so good at keeping fresh food in the fridge -- goes old before I can use it. This freeze-dried celery is perfect for me--it rehydrates fresh as though I cut it up myself (and I don't have to do any cutting)! Perfect for soups & salads!

Perfect for soups 0 people found this helpfulI never have to throw away half a stalk of celery again. I never use it all when I am making soup and now I don't even have to chop it! Who knew I could keep celery on the pantry shelf and it would last longer than that in the fridge?

You saved my bacon! 0 people found this helpfulI didn't have the celery on hand when I needed it for cocktail sauce. I re-hydrated some of the celery and you couldn't tell it wasn't fresh. I highly recommend it.
