These are great in plain oatmeal. I do not believe that I will be buying anymore flavored "instant" oatmeal, which is loaded with sugar. The Thrive freeze dried fruits are great for adding to oatmeal along with sweetener such as stevia. Mango and strawberries are my favorites for oatmeal so far.

The mango is cubed and delicious straight out of the bag ... my preschooler calls it "mango candy" because it is naturally sweet.

These are the greatest!! only one problem ONCE i received a can that had HUGE chunks in them, didn't like at all, powdery... If they stay small, you cant get anything better!!!!!
