Surprised 1 people found this helpfulI was surpised by this product. It was great tasting. I was a little unsure of freeze dried cheese, but we use a lot of cheese, so I decided to try it out. It was good. The first time I used it on chili. It was very flavorful. I had some left over. The next day I used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches. That was really good. I like how easy it is to have shredded cheese now. No more hand shredding.

perfect for the shelf 1 people found this helpfulThis is great to have on hand as shelf food -- won't take up space in the fridge or freezer! The cheese has a very sharp flavor, and is shredded, ready to reconstitute. We've added this to casseroles, eggs and muffins -- it melts nicely! Side note: be sure to use COLD water to reconstitute and don't let it sit too long in the water.

Great product to have on your pantry shelf 0 people found this helpfulThe flavor is great. Shredded cheese tends to mold so fast, so this is great to always have shredded cheese (on your shelf that won't mold) to add to any recipe. It really adds flavor to a food storage dish.
