Just okay 1 people found this helpfulI read lots of good reviews about these, but I have to say I'm disappointed. They, for the most part, are no longer whole beans but split in two. Many of them were shedding their skin as well. I was not impressed, but I will use up the pantry can I bought.

What a TIME SAVER! 1 people found this helpfulI have a lot of beans in my "storage" but I still always have these Instant Beans in my pantry. So convenient to throw on a salad and easy to reconstitute. If making a soup, stew or chili - no need to reconstitute first - just scoop and dump in the pot and they will reconstitute as your recipe simmers to blend the flavors. I've even mashed these up and added to my chocolate fudge to enhance the protein and no one ever knew!

Love These 0 people found this helpfulI just made a delicious Quinoa, Pea, and Black Bean Salad using these instant black beans. They cooked up quickly and were nice and tender for the salad. No soaking!
