Good 1 people found this helpfulI did end up chopping the big pieces up to speed up the rehydration process, so I am probably better off witht the chopped chicken. The variation in size confused me and I didn't get the biggest chunks rehydrated for my chicken salad. It seems like there a very small pieces and then very large pieces. Could be breaking up when shipped.

Very Pleased 1 people found this helpfulI love the Seasoned Chicken Slices! I was concerned that they might taste too salty. I did some comparing with other companies and I was pleased that these have a very low amount of sodium comparably. They are quite delicious.

Very Good Quality 1 people found this helpfulFinally had the chance to try the chicken slices. I was a little concerned about the possibility of it being too salty with the added flavoring, but I found that wasn't the case at all. I rehydrated it the first time in plain water, and it was good. Second time, I used chicken broth - even better! This chicken is excellent for a chunky-style macaroni salad on a hot summer day!

A step up for sure 1 people found this helpfulI appreciate larger pieces, but more then that I really like the flavor. It is not dramatic, reminds me of the flavors my home cooked chicken has. If you are cooking any of your chicken up to use in chicken salad, remember to save the broth. Use it in soup or something else because it is too good to waste.
