Not the "powdered eggs" you think they are - you've got to try these! 11 people found this helpfulI've had my fair share of experience with Army powdered eggs eating in the field, so that's what I expected these to be like as we finally tried them a couple weeks ago. Not so! Oh my goodness, they cook up so smooth and flavorful and textured like real scrambled eggs! My husband did whip them up a bit with a hand beater first, and we cooked the first batch on the fond from the bacon we'd just fried up, and wow, I would not have been able to tell these weren't hand-cracked fresh eggs. Bravo, Thrive!

Makes great omelets! 4 people found this helpfulThese make fluffy wonderful omelet. We’ve made egg cups with bacon and ham. We made a bunch and froze them as a quick grab, warm and go breakfast. This is a good one to have on hand when we don’t have eggs.
