Love Love Love 0 people found this helpfulThese are the best eggs to take camping. You do not have to worry about them cracking or making a mess. I never can bring enough eggs for hungry campers but with these it is so simple to pack, dump in a bowl and eat. Love, Love Love!!!

Better than fresh! 0 people found this helpfulOkay, let me start by saying I was hesitant and hopeful at the same time with this product. I have tried to like powdered eggs but to no avail. I truly can't stomach them. My teenage son, whose favorite thing in the world right now is scrambled eggs, agrees wholeheartedly.
I was still hopeful with this scrambled egg mix but felt sure I'd be disappointed. EUREKA!! I was wrong!!! These are so light, fluffy, perfectly textured, they are actually better than the real thing!!!! I did what another reviewer said they had done and mixed them up in a small bowl and microwaved them. Yes folks, I microwaved scrambled eggs. They turned out perfect. The color, texture, and flavor it absolutely even - you won't get that with fresh eggs unless you beat the mess out of them and stir constantly while cooking. These are DELICIOUS! My husband didn't believe they weren't fresh. I had to show him the can. I am about to go wake ye olde teenager up early so I can show him how to make them himself. He actually requested that I do so last night "If you try them in the morning and they are good, wake me up." :) I'm going to add a #10 can of these to my monthly Q. -

I'm extremely pleased I did ... I'll be ordering more for emergency provisions and will keep some for regular use ... I love scrambled eggs with real bacon bits mixed in and these didn't disappoint ... love 'em.
