MOM gets to have Asparagus whenever she wants.. :) This rehydrates quickly and is so much better then any fresh that I buy in the grocery store (as they are usually tough and stringy). I thought they might get slimy but NOPE another great winner. Kids can have their favorite veggies and I get mine.
