This is the first Thrive product I cannot give a positive review for. I followed the two recipe’s on the can exactly… And both times these potatoes came out gummy. It’s as if the flakes were made from red potatoes which, in my experience, do not make a fluffy mashed potato. I trusted the reviews on this product and was disappointed.
