After Covid hit and fresh potato's were hard to find I tried instant potato's and they were much better than thirty years ago. I tried the Thrive Life potatoes and they make Every instant potato pale in comparison. The "store bought" instant potato's have an "aftertaste" where as the Thrive Life potato's taste like POTATO'S!!!!
