No waste 0 people found this helpfulI used to buy celery to add to dishes. With this celery I have no waste. Just add what you need to tuna salad or chicken salad. This is a main ingredient for chicken salad also made with Thrive Life chicken chunks.

My use of freeze dried celery. 3 people found this helpfulOnly good for soups, shakes and cooked in dishes that uses liquid. Not good in chicken salads or any other salads at all. It looses its crunch when liquid is added. I used it in my green shakes and soups.
