Not as tart as I'd like 1 people found this helpfulI love almost all the Shelf Reliance products, but I'm a little disappointed in the sour cream. It doesn't have a tart taste, so to me it's good for adding texture and body to a dish, but not for adding any particular sour cream flavor.

For Cooking Only 2 people found this helpfulThis works great in baking but I did not care for the flavor as a topping. My husband however loved it and stated that it reminded him of a fast food location.

Once you use it you won't go back to the store! 0 people found this helpfulHonestly, I use it in cooking as well as topping for taco's, burritos etc. You have to chill it first before you use it as a topping. My husband, Mr. Picky loves it!!

Love it 0 people found this helpfulI enjoy having this around when needed for recipes. Now this isn't the normal sour cream you use as topping, this is strickly for cooking purposes and I have used it a bunch. The smell of it is a bit different, Im new to food storage so I didn't expect that smell. But this product worked great in my recipes. I would recommend this product.
