Follow Up is Key
It's extremely important to follow up with your Spring sale customers. They’re excited about the great deals they've snagged, and you’ll want to make sure they have the best experience possible. When you’re following up with your customers, remember to talk about these things:

  • Booking a tasting: Tell them how much free product they can earn with their Double Dip!

  • Starting their Delivery Service: If they aren’t on the Delivery Service already, ask them if they’d like to get started. Don’t forget to mention free shipping!

  • Becoming a Consultant: If they are head over heels for Thrive, they’ll make a great Consultant! Offer them the Consulting opportunity and tell them why YOU love being a Consultant!

  • Referral Program: If your customers aren't yet comfortable having a tasting or becoming a Consultant, encourage them to share their personal referral link to earn some free food!

Build on Your Momentum
You and your team should be excited about your Spring sale success! April is a fantastic month to keep pushing the ball forward. With all the busyness of holiday parties and family gatherings, quick and delicious food is a must! So keep sharing, build your team, and be rewarded for your efforts!

  • Recognize: Spring sale is HARD WORK. Your team deserves more than just a pat on the back. Give them a shout out on social media, send them a little gift, or give them a personal phone call. All in all, make sure they know how proud you are.

  • Identify Superstars: Look for the team members who went above and beyond during the Spring sale. These are the members of your downline who’ll help you grow the most! Give them a call and congratulate them on their success, then team up to find ways that you can continue to push them along.

  • Interact on Social Media: Be sure to continue the Spring sale conversation after the sale. Highlight some of your customers who received amazing deals, and remind people that just because they might have missed the Spring sale, we always have great promotions and monthly specials to take advantage of.
