Getting Ready for the Spring Sale

In order to achieve success during the sale, you’ll need to do a bit of work before the sale! Here are some tips to get you started.

1

Schedule time in advance to work on your business
A week before the sale starts, take out your calendar and schedule some time to work on your business. An hour a day is ideal, but you can adjust according to your schedule and work load. The holidays get a bit crazy, so scheduling time in advance will help you stay ahead of the game.

2

Set goals for the sale
Look at your average numbers for the year and make some goals to blow them out of the water! Once you've decided on your dream goals, break them into smaller action steps. What do you need to actually do in order to achieve your goals? Write them down and refer to them often as the sale progresses.

3

Make sure your website is active
People will ask for your website URL, and while tasting links are still a great way to get people to purchase, being able to tell someone a simple URL when you're out and about will make a difference. (Setup URL) Also keep in mind that Personal Referral Links are not an effective way to collect orders for the sale. If a customer would like to earn some rewards, have them set up a tasting! 4

Clean up your customer list
Make sure your customer list is updated with correct names, phone numbers, and emails. This will make it easier for you to contact them during the sale.

5

Create a contact list
If you’re a new Consultant, go ahead and fill out the 100 Leads in 10 Minutes document to create a contact list. Feel free to browse your social media to get ideas! If any referral customers have chosen to connect with you, reach out and tell them about the sale!

6

Schedule orders in advance
Now that Consultants have access to their customers’ Delivery Services you can start taking orders as soon as the Spring sale pricing is available. Just collect their orders and schedule their delivery!

    • Sale pricing for customers will go live on Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 9 am MST. Deliveries will process after 10:00 am MST on Wednesday to allow for sale pricing to go live.
7

One-time orders are great opportunities to find new customers!
When a customer is placing a one-time order, let them know that they can join the Delivery Service and receive discounted shipping.

8

Schedule as many tastings as possible!
You can schedule them for before or during the sale. If you have a tasting before the sale, tell them you’ll wait to process their order until the sale is in effect. This is a great way to get orders and find potential Thrive Fans! At the tastings, make sure you’re letting people know about the Double Dip.

9

Don’t forget about the business opportunity!
Let people know that this is the best time to launch a business because it’ll give all their new customers an opportunity to fall in love with the food at a discount. Help people get signed up and guide them through the Spring sale. You just might come out with a superstar!

10

Revisit old Consultants
Go ahead and take a look through your purged Consultants. They likely don’t know about all of our new products, including To Go's. This is a great time to restart a business!

11

Send those emails!
Corporate will create templates for you to use that will be housed in the Email Promotional tool that can be found in My Office. There will be emails you can send in advance, so make sure your email list is up to date!

12

Phone calls make ALL the difference!
When you call, it’s more personal, and the majority of the people you’ll call actually WANT to hear from you! So pick up the phone, and tell people about the sale and why it matters for them. They’ll thank you for it! And if nothing else, it’s fun to chat with friends!
