I use a teaspoon of this butter powder on cooked drained vegetables. It makes a nice butter sauce. I used it in banana bread one time because I was out of butter flavored Crisco and had a hand of overripe bananas to use up. We live about 30 miles from a grocery store so I don’t make special trips to town to buy just one thing. It iis nice to have Thrive products in my pantry to substitute.
