Great Flavor Enhancer 0 people found this helpfulPerfect substitute for coffee creamer. Mix it in with a small hand blender. Very tasty on popcorn as well. Spritz a little olive oil with an oil spritzer and sprinkle the butter powder over the oil so it sticks.

SOLD 1 people found this helpfulOur family are butter eaters. We will not eat margarine because of the taste and additives. Butter from cows with questionable health issues and feeding bothered us and the price kept going up. The butter powder taste excellent. It worked beautifully in our bread making, vegetables with butter sauce, toast, and pancakes. It lacks the oil of regular butter but I just switched to olive or coconut oil for those uses and these are actually less expensive. We are having to learn how to cook differently using the butter powder but it is worth the trouble. We are SOLD on butter powder. As I figure it we are saving money as an added bonus.
