Better Than Store Butter 4 people found this helpfulI never want to eat any other butter than this. It is so easy to make, you just add water to the powder and whip it for about 10 minutes then add a 1/4 tsp of oil and whip it again for like 5 minutes makes it really fluffy and yummy. I love spreading it on Irish soda bread or Banana bread. It does melt when heat is applied. Really tastes great the longer it sits. You can eat it after you make it but its best if you let it sit for a day or two...it really comes to life. Its amazing.
